Handling Information

All our beef is shipped frozen. This is because
we’re deeply concerned about food safety, and freezing each
cut of meat in a carefully controlled and monitored environment
is the best way to ensure that you are getting safe beef. In addition
our old-fashioned dry aging process requires very precise timing.
By aging each cut to the ideal point and then freezing it, you can
get tender, perfectly aged meat when you want it.
Unlike grass-fed beef from some other producers,
New York Beef company meat does not require any special cooking
techniques. Our meat is not exceptionally lean and can be prepared
and served like any other premium beef.
